Anthony “Tony” Grippa
Executive Chairman of the Board
Anthony “Tony” Grippa is Executive Chairman of the Board of RYZE Claim Solutions, a leading provider of claims management solutions to insurance companies in the United States. Tony has a long record of success at RYZE and in senior management positions in the insurance industry, including expertise in mergers and acquisitions. He is also a Senior Advisor at Dowling Hales. Tony was a Senior Leader and President at Brown & Brown Insurance, where his responsibilities included direct oversight of 19 retail insurance offices around the United States. He also was the COO of Vanbridge, served as Chairman of the Board of Risk Transfer Insurance Agency, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Atlas General Insurance Services.
Tony has been a passionate and transformative leader in driving growth and exceptional client service at RYZE. Under his direction, RYZE’s bottom line has grown both organically and through the acquisition of other companies that strategically align with RYZE’s goal of providing the best service to clients in the claims industry.
Tony is a graduate of Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in political economy.
Scott St. John
President, Chief Claims Officer
Scott St. John is President & Chief Claims Officer of RYZE Claim Solutions, with responsibility over all daily operations. He joined the company in 2022. Scott has more than 30 years of experience in the claims industry, including 15 years at Fortune 100 companies that specialize in property and casualty insurance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Rob Genkin
Chief Financial Officer
Robert “Rob” Genkin is the Chief Financial Officer of RYZE Claim Solutions. He is a finance professional with more than a decade of global investing and merger-and-acquisition experience across public and private equity. Most recently, he headed FP&A, M&A, Strategy, and Investor Relations for a billion-dollar publicly listed professional services company. Rob has also worked as an investor at several public equity funds. Earlier, Rob was a private equity investor and gained operational experience helping to improve portfolio companies. He completed his undergraduate studies in finance and economics at New York University and earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Brooke Westcott
Executive Vice President, Operations - Shared Services
Brooke Westcott is the Executive Vice President of Operations - Shared Services at RYZE Claim Solutions. She joined RYZE as Vice President of Claims Operations at the end of 2022. Brooke has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, including risk management and general liability, commercial auto, rideshare insurance and safety, and property and casualty. Brooke holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
Amanda Lofvers
Executive Vice President, Operations-Development
Amanda Lofvers is the Executive Vice President of Operations-Development at RYZE Claim Solutions. She joined RYZE in January 2024. Most recently, Amanda was Head of Insurance Claims for Vivint Insurance Agency in Florida.
Michael McLaughlin
Executive Vice President, TPA Operations
Michael McLaughlin is the Executive Vice President of TPA Operations at RYZE Claim Solutions. He oversees all aspects of RYZE's growing TPA operations, and he also oversees RYZE's Commercial operations. Michael joined RYZE in 2022 as Head of Commercial, and he has overseen the rapid growth of those operations. He has had extensive experience working as a leader for both TPAs and carriers as well as experience in both commercial and personal lines claims. His diverse background includes both property and casualty and workers compensation claims management, and several specialty lines of business. He has a bachelor’s degree in international studies and communication from Bridgewater College in Virginia and a master’s degree in public policy from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Rob Weingarten
Head of Claims Operations
Robert Weingarten is the President of Certus Claims, a division of RYZE Claim Solutions. In his role, Rob directs, manages, and implements handling policies and procedures for construction defect, construction casualty, property commercial auto, contingency, nursing homes/assisted living and sport shooting claims.
Theresa Decker
Executive Vice President, Lender Placed
Theresa Decker has worked with RYZE for more than 16 years, with a focus on Third-Party Administration as well as the overall operations for the internal desk functions of the claims department .She has extensive knowledge in the handling of forced placed and REO claims and currently leads our Lender Placed Team. Prior to joining RYZE, Theresa had more than 20 years of experience in the insurance claims industry working with various companies.
Pamir Patel
Senior Vice President, Technology
Pamir Patel joined RYZE in March 2021. He has more than 20 years of insurance experience and worked extensively in developing business processes not only in insurance but also in Industries like telecom and IT distribution. He also has been a part of risk management and mergers and acquisitions in his prior assignments. Pamir oversees RYZE’s IT department and special projects. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in electronics and an MBA in marketing.
Pamir holds Property & Casualty General Lines License in Florida .
William Lindsay III
SVP, Sales & Programs
William Lindsay III has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, in such capacities as underwriting, risk management, risk evaluation, risk placement and TPA services. Bill has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Joseph’s University and is in the process of earning his MBA. He currently holds the following insurance licenses:
-New York State Excess Lines License.
-New York State Property & Casualty License since 1995.
-New York State Life & Health License.
-Non-Resident Property Casualty Licenses in New Jersey and Connecticut.
During his career Bill has worked for some of the largest public brokerages in the country, spending the bulk of his tenure with Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH) until they were acquired by Willis Insurance. In 2013 Bill ran for Suffolk County Legislator in his hometown of Bohemia NY. He successfully served for 6 years (3 terms) representing his 80,000 constituents and helped manage the county’s $3 billion budget.
